Anyway you're welcome here. I don't know exact regulations for foreigners but I can find out. As far as fishing is concerned there are mainly two different regions - Mountain South and lowland North. Among popular species as brown trout, rainbow trout, sea trout and grayling there is one exceptional - latin name Hucho hucho. You'll find more info here.
One of most popular method is Short nymph called also Polish, Chech nymph... It's a very effective method and you'll find the best teachers in the world here.
