Tak sobie poczytuję wikipedię, i zajrzawszy w hasło dotyczące filmu Redforda, na końcu artykułu znalazłem taką oto refleksję:

Bardzo ciekawa refleksja, choć jest powtórzeniem zagadnień znanych pokoleniom wędkarzy. Odczucia takie nie są obce wędkarzom od wieków. Już w XVI wieku, Thomas Bastard, miłośnik wędkarstwa, w szóstej księdze Epigramów pod wspólnym tytułem Chrestoleros pisał:
